NO Uniform is a luxury design house curating cutting-edge, sustainability-minded uniforms for world-renowned leaders in hospitality.

Founded in 2002 by British haute couture fashion designer, Nicholas Oakwell, London-based NO Uniform has risen to the pinnacle of fashion design, crafting bespoke, elegant uniforms that champion luxury with sophistication across an eclectic collection of high-end hotel brands, private residences, restaurants, bars, clubs and corporate institutions all over the world.

Over the past decade alone, NO Uniform has created iconic designs for clients, challenging the conventional notion of bland hospitality uniforms with innovative styles, vibrant hues and luxurious fabrics. The brand has succeeded in curating timeless concepts that express the wearer’s pride to represent such prestigious brands that range from historic hotels such as Claridge’s to renowned establishments including Nobu and Fairmont. Each collection is driven with an approach to accentuate the client’s identity with the uniforms a key element of the guest experience. Specialising in new hotel openings, NO Uniform has more recently partnered with Raffles & Fairmont, Doha and Fontainebleau Las Vegas with previous projects also including Rosewood London, Corinthia London and The Goring Hotel.
