Nigel Mendham

Previously employed as head chef at The Samling where he has worked since 2005, Nigel’s cuisine has been awarded three rosettes, as well as gaining a Michelin star in 2010. Nigel has always worked in top restaurants in the UK; before joining The Samling as head chef, Nigel worked under the guidance Martin Blunos at the Lygon Arms in Broadway. When Nigel started at DUKES ST JAMES LONDON in July 2002, the hotel restaurant, Thirty Six, already had two rosettes, however, by the time Nigel packed his bags to move up north, the hotel had gained three rosettes and a prestigious Michelin star.
